How to select the best rental furniture for your event?
The furniture you choose can have the power to bring your event to life. Done correctly, beautiful decor can give attendees something to talk about (and share on social media). Without the right elements, however, they might be left feeling uninspired. Here are the five essential questions to ask your party before deciding on which event furniture to rent:
1. Will your event be indoors or outdoors?
The type of furniture you’d want to use in a ballroom or conference room is different from what you’d select for an outdoor event. That’s why evaluating the values of each is an important first step when deciding which furniture to rent.
Indoor venues are a safer choice, as there’s no concern about unexpected weather. On the flip side, indoor venues generally a blank slate, and might require a larger budget to fill the space with lighting, decor, and greenery.
2. How many guests will attend?
Your expected number of guests will determine how many chairs to rent, as well as the seating size and style. Chic, mismatched vintage chairs aren’t ideal for gathering for 500 people, just as an intimate gathering of 20 would feel cold and unwelcoming with plain metal seats.

Keep this in mind when choosing your venue, realizing that how you setup the tables and decor will greatly affect this as well.
The needs of your team and the attendees. Consider all event activities. If you want to have keynote speakers at your event, you’ll either need a stage, or a spot to place a rented stage. Will you need a demo area, a bar, or collaboration spaces for break-away groups?
4. What are the event goals and activities?

Seating
For seated events, the importance of choosing a comfortable chair can’t be overstated. But, don’t forget to consider how you want attendees to interact.
